| More Information: There are 2 records of Death with the same birth date, same registration district, same year and quarter, same volume and page number. One for Clara Jones (her previous name) and one for Clara Cawley. The person that initially registered her death, may have inadvertently told the registrar that her name was Jones and a second certificate was issued later in the name of Cawley. As she was Clara Jones for 6 years and Clara Cawley for her last 60 years, this is a very strange error to make. It is possible that she went back to using the name Jones in later life. |
